An investment partner with the Homes & Communities Agency we are currenlty developing in excess of 350 new homes each year, of which approximately 20% of these are for Shared Ownership (part buy/part rent).
Flagship Homes is a Flagship Housing Group Ltd trading activity. Based at Keswick in Norwich, we provide a quality service to first and second time buyers across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. Flagship Homes has provided over 1000 homes to people who could not afford to purchase a new property outright and given them the opportunity to own a new home through low cost home ownership schemes such as Shared Ownership .
