Established in 1925, Swaythling Housing Society is a leading provider of affordable housing across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and the Isle of Wight.
At the start of 2007 we joined forces with Drum Housing Association and Parkside Housing Group to form Radian. Together we own and manage 15,000 homes across seven counties, and, via Turnstone Support, provide care services to 300 adults.
