At L.T. Lucas Builders we pride ourselves with our quality of workmanship. We undertake "small" building works through to "large housing projects" and have demonstrated that we are competitive with smaller companies, but have the expertise and site control associated with larger companies.
We offer an "In-House" design and build facility which ensures we can tailor an extension or new build to suit the "individual's budget" and we are aware of the importance of constructing an extension which is aesthetically in keeping with the existing property.
Our company is a member of both the NHBC and Zurich who are the main providers of New Build 10/15 year Building Guarantees recognised by RIBA architects and surveyors who are members of FRICS.
