Our Houses are planned for modern day living, with energy efficiency and quality finishings being major factors at the design stage. At G S Brown we endeavour to give our clients as much choice as possible - subject to the stage of production - and every new home is backed by a 10 year NHBC Certificate.
As well as building 80 -100 Houses annually on our various developments throughout Scotland we can provide a one-off build service for clients with their own ground. Our Small Contracts Division is expanding rapidly with high demand for conversions and extensions.
