Bolton Retirement was born 14 years ago when the Chairman Adrian Rolt, originally a solicitor in the City of London, but by then an experienced developer, could not find the solution he was looking for to his mother's retirement housing needs.
A lot of thought goes into the Company's developments, their location and the facilities, and there is a personal touch to the design and style of the houses and gardens which is refreshingly different from mass market developments. The company is based in the West Sussex downland and develops across the Southern home counties.
