Housebuilder George Wimpey has positive news to report from its developments across Greater Manchester.

A successful sales period since the start of the year means the company is now releasing a wide range of new homes for sale at a number of developments in the region.

George Wimpey’s Appleton Gardens in Cheetham Hill, Chapelfield Park in Radcliffe and Northgate in Blackley have all just unveiled new phases of apartments, perfect for those looking to get on the first rung of the property ladder,

The company has also launched three new developments - M20 West in West Didsbury, Jasmine Park in Macclesfield and Hey Mount in Heywood, all of which have generated a huge amount of interest from local buyers since they opened.

George Wimpey Manchester sales and marketing director Anthony Mansfield believes customers are being attracted by seeing the right products offered at the right price.

He says: “The current economic climate has naturally made potential buyers uneasy but, across our portfolio of developments in Greater Manchester, purchasers seem confident that they’re getting a good deal. For many, now is proving to be the right time to buy.

“By combining realistic pricing with incentives that genuinely help people progress along the property ladder, sales in the Greater Manchester region are providing good reason to be optimistic about the state of the local residential property market.”

Properties at Appleton Gardens include two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes starting from £79,995. Chapelfield Park is offering apartments from £89,995, while Northgate has a selection of two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes starting from just £84,995.

M20 West caters for people at every stage of the property ladder, from lifestyle driven first time buyers to those looking for a contemporary new family home in this vibrant area. The development consists of a range of one and two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom townhouses. Prices start from £124,995. Two show homes – the A West and B West – give visitors a first hand idea of what their life at the development could be like.

Hey Mount offers a range of two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes from only £87,995. A superb four bedroom, three storey Cranage showhome is now open to view at the development.

Jasmine Park is the latest development to be added to the George Wimpey Manchester portfolio. Located in the much sought-after area of Henbury, Cheshire, the development will consist of a distinctive collection of two bedroom apartments and three, four and five bedroom homes from just £149,995. Jasmine Park also offers a range of affordable two bedroom apartments and three bedroom mews style homes from just £75,250. A qualification process must be adhered to in order to purchase via this scheme.
