Stunning views across the Firth of Clyde towards the beautiful mountains of Argyll await the purchasers of the latest new homes from Redrow.
The award winning developer is set to build 89 three and four-bedroom detached homes at Hill Farm, in Inverkip, Inverclyde.
Called ‘Sylvan Brae’ and due to launch in August, the development is likely to appeal to local families as well as Glasgow and Greenock commuters.
Redrow’s new homes will be close to Inverkip railway station, from where the journey to Glasgow Central takes approximately 45 minutes. A new park and ride facility and footbridge over the railway are due to be provided as part of a wider housing project in the area.

Redrow’s new homes will also enjoy a host of family friendly features such as en-suite to master bedroom, garages and separate utility rooms in many cases.
Ideal for boating enthusiasts, the village of Inverkip has one of the largest marinas in Scotland, providing supplies and support for over 700 pleasure craft. The village is home to a local store and post office, plus a well regarded primary school and library, with a full range of amenities six miles away in Greenock.
Prices for Sylvan Brae will be determined nearer to the launch date.
