House-hunters seeking a new family home at George Wimpey’s sought-after Bramley Green development need to get in quick – as only six homes now remain for sale at the popular Hampshire village location.

Fast-moving customers can choose a two, four or five-bedroom home, and with attractive part-exchange opportunities available for existing homeowners, the final six properties are expected to be snapped up quickly.

Tim Betts, Sales and Marketing Director for George Wimpey West London, says: “Bramley Green has proven to be extremely popular with families, and four of our final properties offer outstanding five-bedroom accommodation.

“They represent a sensational opportunity for those families looking to upgrade to a bigger home and take advantage of the low mortgage interest rates that are currently available.

“The financial gap to trading up to a bigger, newer home is closer than it has been for many buyers, but with house prices edging upwards again this opportunity won’t continue for long.”

Customers choosing the four-bedroom ‘Hunter’ or five-bedroom ‘Mahogany’ housetypes can benefit from living in showhome style – these beautiful properties have been expertly decorated and finished with superb upgraded kitchens, bathroom suites and finishing touches.

The four-bedroom ‘Hunter’ showhome with conservatory is priced £249,995, while the detached ‘Mahogany’ housetype is available in a choice of plots, starting at £424,995.

The double-fronted, detached five-bedroom ‘Pine’ is also available in a choice of plots, and features 2,000 sq ft of accommodation comprising a spacious living room, a dining room with doors to the garden, a large kitchen/breakfast room also with French doors to the garden, a family room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first floor landing leads to the master bedroom with dressing room and an en-suite with separate bath and shower cubicle, two further double bedrooms and a main bathroom.

Two more bedrooms – one with en-suite shower room – can be found on the top floor, while outside there is a garage.

As well as its four and five-bedroom homes, Bramley Green also has just one two-bedroom house available – the popular ‘Crimson’ design priced from £189,995 which is a perfect first-time home or an ideal choice for couples, individuals or small families.

All new homes at Bramley Green are finished to a high standard specification to include central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen complete with oven, hob and hood.

Customers with a home to sell can take advantage of George Wimpey’s popular part-exchange programme, through with they can ‘swap’ their existing property for a four or five-bedroom home at Bramley Green.

By arranging a valuation of the home-owner’s current property and purchasing it from them, movers can avoid estate agency fees and the property chain to make a quick and hassle-free move.

As an alternative to the part-exchange scheme, George Wimpey’s easymover programme provides incentives for first-time buyers, while customers with a property to sell can reserve their new home and then sit back and relax while the house-builder helps to find a buyer.

Incentives can be tailored to homebuyers’ circumstances and are subject to availability. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.

Perfectly positioned in the village of Bramley, the Bramley Green development is within easy reach of a choice of traditional shops and amenities, including a general store, a pub, a baker’s, a parish church and a primary school.

Bramley Station is just a short walk away and provides regular services to Reading and Basingstoke, where fast and frequent connecting trains can be caught into London. The M3 and M4 are a few minutes’ drive.

For leisure, the village is surrounded by beautiful open countryside, with a local golf course, a gym, riding schools and a swimming pool nearby.
