While the housing market is now beginning to show signs of recovery, George Wimpey North Yorkshire’s Thorntree Vale development has remained popular since its launch and a new selection of apartments has now been released.

The development, located on Millbank Lane in Thornaby, is made up of one and two bedroom apartments, two bedroom mews homes, three bedroom terraced homes, and three and four bedroom, three storey townhouses – truly providing a home for all buyers.

Following the popularity of the apartments on site, a new selection of one and two bedroom apartments are now available, from £69,950 for a one bedroom Blake and £89,950 for a two bedroom Chaucer or Auden.

The Blake has a roomy lounge, bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom, while the Auden and Chaucer apartments have an extra bedroom with en-suite facilities. All apartments have excellent storage space and come with an allocated parking space.

Bev Russell, sales manager for Thorntree Vale, says: “This is a really great development and there’s a lovely community atmosphere already. Visitors have liked what they’ve seen so far and we hope that the new release of apartments will be just as popular. The message is we’re still here and we have a host of great offers, so come and see what you think. I don’t think you will be disappointed.”

Thorntree Vale is close to Stockton-on-Tees and Middlesbrough and is only a short drive from the A19 and A66, offering commuters good access to the A1 motorway.
