Stop throwing your money away on rent! That’s what Taylor Wimpey North West is urging first time buyers to do after new research* reports that it’s now cheaper to buy a home than rent one.

At Macintosh Mills, an interest free equity loan is also available for up to 30 per cent of the value of the property, co-funded by the Homes and Communities Agency and Taylor Wimpey.
