Choose a new home in Milton Keynes and let George Wimpey pay for your current one!

Under an amazing new deal, first-time buyers and home-owners can choose a brand new home right now – and let George Wimpey pick up the rent or mortgage on their existing property until they move.

The Smart Money offer is available now on a selection of stylish four-bedroom townhouses at George Wimpey’s Campbell Square development in central Milton Keynes.

Designed to help buyers take advantage of the current market to secure a brand new home while property prices are lower, Smart Money is available for a limited time only.

With George Wimpey picking up the payments for their current home – and nothing to pay on their new place until they move in – quick-off-the-mark customers can save thousands of pounds.

Tony Woodman, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The Smart Money scheme is a real bonus for buyers, who can reserve their place for a fixed price, which we won’t increase even if similar homes on the market rise in value.”

The latest Halifax house price index reported a 1.6% increase in September – the third consecutive monthly rise – and all the signs are that confidence is returning to the property market.

However, customers who act fast can secure a new home at Campbell Square from just £210,000.

The superb townhouse at Plot 22 of the development, for example, is characterised by a superb fitted kitchen complete with dining and utility areas, and a light and airy living room. Of the four bedrooms, three boast attractive balconies, while outside there is also a private courtyard garden and a handy bicycle store.

To qualify for payments on their current home to be covered by George Wimpey, Smart Money customers need to provide their last three bank statements as proof of their monthly mortgage or rent outgoings and, on completion, George Wimpey will hand over a cheque covering all payments made before the new home was occupied.

Terms and conditions apply, and full details of the Smart Money scheme are available by visiting the development.

Campbell Square is just a few minutes’ walk from thecentre:mk shopping centre, Xscape leisure dome and Milton Keynes’ Theatre District, as well as the peaceful and picturesque Campbell Park.

Commuters will appreciate that the M1 is less than three miles from the development and that Milton Keynes railway station is within only two miles – putting London just 40 minutes’ train ride away.
