Cala has seen the number of enquires relating to its part exchange programme double at one development, a possible indication that an increasing amount of people are looking to purchase new homes.
The developer said that interest has been strong at its Springfields site in the village of Millhouse Green near Penistone, West Yorkshire, following a special event held earlier this month.
Through its Full Market Value Part Exchange Scheme, which is available on all properties at the Springfields development, buyers are able to sell their current property to Cala before moving in to a new home.
It has the benefit of providing a guaranteed sale, as area sales and marketing director Steve Rush noted.
"There are also no estate agents' fees and no HIPs costs," he explained, adding that over 20 people attended the event on October 24th and 25th.
The range of properties available from Cala includes "iconic" urban developments and "luxurious" detached homes, as well as city townhouses, refurbishments of older buildings and bespoke designs that complement local architectural styles.
