One of George Wimpey Manchester’s most successful developments is set to introduce a second phase of new homes.

A mixture of contemporary two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom houses will feature in the new phase at Regency Court on Black Diamond Street.

The company is hoping the new releases will prove as popular among potential purchasers as the first phase at Regency Court. The majority of homes in the first phase were sold off-plan and the development proved to be one of the most successful across the North West.

One of the housetypes that will definitely feature is the Merton, a four bedroom home spread over three homes.

As well as its four bedrooms, one with ensuite, the Merton housetype comes complete with a spacious lounge with a Juliet balcony overlooking a private garden, combined kitchen and dining area, family bathroom, integral single garage and downstairs cloakroom. Prices start at £216,995.

A Merton showhome, as well as a mock show apartment, is available for visitors to see at the development.

George Wimpey Manchester sales and marketing director Anthony Mansfield said:

“Regency Court caters for buyers on all rungs of the property ladder which, combined with the high standards of design offered and the location of the site, has helped make the development such a success. We’re confident that the new phase being released will prove just as popular.

Regency Court is located in the heart of Chester city centre on Black Diamond Street. The development is just five minutes walk from the Cathedral Quarter and Chester train station, which offers fantastic commuter links to Liverpool, Warrington, Manchester and further afield.
