House-hunters on the lookout for a brand new dream home are being offered an incredible incentive which lets them spend, spend, spend this Christmas – without having to worry about bills in the New Year!
With Taylor Wimpey’s amazing Smart Mover scheme, buyers who reserve a home at one of a number of stunning developments across the region and move in before Christmas will have their credit card bills paid for them in January 2010*.
The leading housebuilder will pay up to a maximum of 5% of the value of a qualifying property, meaning a £200,000 home purchase will cover a credit card bill for as much as £10,000.
