For anyone interested in the new homes on one of Crest Nicholson's Bristol developments, the message from the developer is to hurry as just two homes remain.
The Waterside homes mean owning a property near the city centre can be a reality, according to Crest Nicholson a developer which claims to be committed to delivering low carbon schemes.
Vicky Dudbridge, from selling agent King Sturge, said: "We all know that you never see rental payments back so for those who see their long-term future in the city, buying makes complete financial sense. This really is too good an opportunity to miss."
She added that because the interest rates have dropped, it has made buying a property within reach again, as mortgages are more affordable.
Ms Dudbridge said that an apartment in the heart of the city can now cost less, in terms of monthly mortgage payments, than it would to rent.
