A single parent has explained how simple it was to move into an affordable home in the Cambridgeshire town of St Neots.

Steven Higgins has a busy career as a GP, which meant he was worried about finding the time to house hunt.

He explained how incentives offered by Redrow allowed him to move sooner than he had anticipated – and at a more reasonable rate as well.

The doctor has now settled in a four-bedroom property in the Loves Farm development and noted that it has been a great result.

Because the brand new property came with a fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom, he noted he did not have to spend time or money on renovations.

Mr Higgins added: "In addition to paying a five per cent deposit, they provided carpets throughout and a landscaped garden, which certainly helped to keep the costs down."

Redrow offers a range of services to try and make moving home hassle free for people – such as selling their existing property for them.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19447294-ADNFCR
