George Wimpey’s Madison Mews development in Hayle has enjoyed a storming success this year and with over 88 per cent of homes now sold, only seven properties remain.

The development has experienced strong sales since its launch in April last year, seeing an average of two properties snapped up every month by homebuyers eager to secure a new home at this popular location close to the harbour and golden beaches.

Janine Davey, regional sales and marketing director at George Wimpey, said: “Madison Mews has proven to be just what the town wanted, if the speed at which we’re selling out is anything to go by. Offering the best of both worlds – contemporary yet affordable homes in an aspirational location close to sandy beaches and beautiful countryside scenery – Madison Mews has provided a wide choice of properties to suit a range of tastes and budgets.”

The remaining properties at Madison Mews include the last two bedroom apartment offering views across the development. The final six houses, which all benefit from four bedrooms, include three Warwick townhouses, two Sherston style homes and one Gwithian townhouse.

George Wimpey is currently offering Deposit Match* to help customers afford the home they want. First time buyers and those seeking to increase their deposit should consider this incentive as George Wimpey will match the deposit put down, up to 10% of the property’s value, in the form of an interest free loan. This additional capital could provide buyers with access to a wider range of mortgages, more competitive interest rates and reduced monthly payments.

Located in the crescent of St Ives Bay, Madison Mews is a stylish collection of two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes, with prices starting from just £129,995.
