Starting their new life together as husband and wife could not have got off to a better start for Sarah and Scott Selby, as they have recently moved into their dream first home together at Bryant Homes’ Hedgeley Court development in Hebburn.

In a purchase, only made possible by Bryant’s Interest Free Loan scheme, the couple were able to arrange their wedding in the comfort of knowing that their new home would be ready for them to move into when they returned from their honeymoon.

Sarah explained; “It’s all been a bit of a dream for us as, having looked at a number of different developments in the area, we were really impressed with Hedgeley Court, both in terms of the quality of the homes and the service provided.

“All of the Bryant team were very helpful and the Interest Free Loan scheme we were offered helped us turn our dream into reality. It’s our first home together and we are enjoying furnishing it just the way we want it.”

Sarah and Scott chose Bryant’s Harvington three bedroom, three storey town house, which offered an ideal layout with well planned spacious rooms. On its ground floor, the Selby’s can enjoy the Harvington’s practical layout with a kitchen and a living room with dining area, while there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor and an impressive master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the top floor.

Joan Peart, sales and marketing director, said: “The Harvington is extremely popular because it offer buyers, like Sarah and Scott, versatility, space and comfort in a sought after location. And, with prices starting from just £139,995, they are within reach of many first time buyers.”

However since it opened, Hedgely Court has been a success with buyers on all stages of the property ladder who, like the Selby’s, are eager to buy a new home close to Hebburn town centre and within easy reach of the Metro. The development is ideally located for commuters with the metro station just a short walk away and the A1(M) and the A19 nearby.
