One developer of Kent properties is keen for prospective buyers to know they are not building box-type homes.

The company believes that this is particularly demonstrated with the building of its new farmyard style development.

Based in Kings Hill West Malling, the new homes from Hillreed are said to reside near to a county park.

It says the locality of the area is mirrored in its new Oast House, alongside other barn-style properties that feature windows that are two storeys high.

The company anticipates that the new development will be finished early next year and is offering any interested buyers the option to secure one of the homes by buying off-plan.

Hillreed has been in the house building business for more than 30 years constructing in areas including Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey as well as Kent.

It claims to pride itself on the company's aftercare service, environmental performance and attention to detail.
