Anyone looking to buy a new home in the Balderton area can move stress free, according to one property developer.
David Wilson North Midlands states that its part-exchange scheme takes the hassle out of moving into a new home.
There are currently new homes available on the scheme at its Fernwood Village development, with prices starting from £146,995 - including three and four-bedroom houses on offer.
Paula Goodall, part-exchange manager for the division, said: "Moving to a new home can be an exciting, but sometime stressful experience, especially when it comes to selling the old home. However, our part-exchange scheme takes away much of this."
She added that the bonuses to using the initiative include the fact that homeowners do not have to find their own buyer or pay the costs associated with moving, such as estate agency fees.
David Wilson claims to take care of all aspects associated with leaving your old property behind, including dealing with the Home Information Pack.
Other incentive offers from the company include Movemaker and HomeBuy Direct.
