One UK house builder has celebrated two wins for its new homes.
The awards came about as a result of this year's Housebuilding Innovation Awards.
Crest Nicholson scooped up the prizes for Housebuilding Innovator of the Year and Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year.
The purpose of the ceremony is to give recognition to those firms which are displaying work that is both of a high and innovative standard.
It is an occasion that is supported by the government.
When considering Crest Nicholson's suitability for the wins, the judges commented that the company should receive praise for "its ongoing efforts to improve against an extremely tough background for the industry".
The company says it is working towards becoming a "leading developer of sustainable communities".
Last year, over half of the properties erected by the firm were to Ecohomes specification - 79 per cent of which were scored as very good or excellent.
Crest Nicholson strives to be at the top of the market when it comes to building homes, aiming to improve a sense of community life in the completion of its projects by producing better leisure spaces workplaces and homes.
