Time is running out for potential buyers at George Wimpey Manchester’s successful Chapelfield Park development on Stand Lane in Radcliffe.

The housebuilder has released the final phase of the development, a self contained block of just 16 apartments.

Three different apartment types are offered, the Geneva, the Verona and the Monaco. Each apartment comes complete with two bedrooms, bathroom, living/dining room, separate kitchen and allocated parking space. Both the Verona and Monaco apartment types also feature an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom.

Many of the homes and apartments on site also offer spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the nearby golf course. Prices start at just £99,995.

A limited number of affordable homes are also available at Chapelfield Park in association with Bury Metropolitan Council. Prices for these start at £63,750.

Chapelfield Park has been one of George Wimpey Manchester’s most popular developments in the North West. Buyers have been attracted by the quality of the properties and the value for money offered, by the location of the development and by the reassurance that comes with buying a new home from a company with George Wimpey’s reputation.

Anthony Horwich, who lives at the development with his wife Bev, is one of those who are pleased to have bought a new home at Chapelfield Park.

He said: “We really liked the properties at Chapelfield Park. They were really good value for money in a nice quiet area.”

He added: “The after sales care we’ve had from George Wimpey has been fantastic – they have helped us so much and any questions we’ve had, they answered. I was so impressed overall with the houses that I’ve recommended them to four friends!”

Chloe Dunn, field sales manager for George Wimpey Manchester, said: “We have had lots of satisfied new homeowners at Chapelfield Park, so we were delighted to be able to offer this new block of properties for sale.

“However availability is limited and this is the final phase of the development. Would-be purchasers should get in touch as soon as possible.”

Chapelfield Park is an impressive development of 130 properties. Ideally situated just outside the main shopping centre of Radcliffe and a short drive from the local town centres of Whitefield and Bury, the development is in a pleasant residential location with a range of local amenities.

Conveniently placed between two major motorways in the North West, the M60 and M66, Chapelfield Park also offers commuters easy access to the national motorway network.
