Affordable homes are within reach for Barratt customers, the company said this week.
It is due to hold a first-time buyer weekend at one of its developments in the coming days - and one of the aims is to show consumers that purchasing a "dream" property is not as daunting as it seems.
At Barratt West Midlands' Dovedale Park site in Perry Common, there will be an independent financial advisor on hand, as well as sales advisors who will be able to show would-be buyers exactly what the process involves.
Indeed, sales manager Lisa Thacker said the location still has some ideal homes for those thinking of getting on the property ladder.
"Dovedale Park is perfect for a range of purchasers, from first-time buyers to families," she added.
The initiative, which is scheduled to take place on November 14th and 15th, follows Barratt's aim to be a company involved with every part of the home process.
It states that its goal is to keep in mind people's requirements and needs when they live in a property from the developer.
