A set of new homes at the Church Marks Green development in East Hoathly, East Sussex, is "beautiful".
This is the opinion of the developer Hillreed Homes, which highlighted the site's green space that all of the residents can use.
Each of the 30 properties is situated in a quiet location close to amenities such as local shops, a post office, village church, school and pubs.
It mentioned Plot 9 as one currently being marketed. The detached house has five bedrooms, four reception rooms and a "good size" garden to the rear, as well as a double garage.
The starting price for Plot 9 is £619,950 and the company is offering to pay stamp duty, which could save the buyer a considerable sum.
Hillreed Homes added: "The space that this home offers needs to be seen to be appreciated."
The developer says it has over three decades of experience providing houses in areas such as Surrey and Hampshire.
