For anyone thinking about acquiring an affordable home in the East Midlands then one house builder may have just what is up your street.
In the village of Sutton Bonington, David Wilson is busy erecting 28 properties, ranging from two-bedroom to five-bedroom in size.
The Rectory Gardens development is set on the grounds of what was an old Rectory, which is still on the site located at the back.
Philip Lacey, sales director at the company, commented: "Rectory Gardens is one of the most picturesque developments within the David Wilson portfolio thanks to the fantastic style of homes on offer."
He added that the houses have been planned with care in a rural setting, described as desirable and appealing to both families and professionals.
The developer states that the south Nottinghamshire village of Sutton Bonington is charming and boasts all of the usual village amenities.
An example price for the properties is the Smith style four-bedroom home costing from £319,995.
David Wilson also has a number of incentive schemes on offer, such as part exchange and MoveMaker which means the firm takes over all aspects of the sale of your current house.
