House-hunters have just a few days left to secure a brand new home for a 2009 price at George Wimpey’s Blenheim Court development in Hawkinge, Kent.

By making their reservation now, customers can take advantage of the rising property market to secure their new home for 2010 at a fixed price.

According to Halifax, the average home rose in value by more than £2,000 from September to October – and with the steady trend continuing, those purchasing a new home now can expect to see their investment grow by thousands of pounds before they even move in!

Just one of the homes available to secure at a 2009 price is the four-bedroom ‘Tidebrook’ at Blenheim Court, available to quick-off-the-mark customers from just £204,995.

With some 1420 sq ft of living space, the ‘Tidebrook’ is a magnificent three-storey home for modern living.

The spacious kitchen and family dining area is perfect for relaxed mealtimes and entertaining, while the ground floor is completed by a cloakroom, front and rear entrance hallway, a car port and a cycle store.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a large lounge, a study, and a stunning master bedroom with Juliet balcony to the front and a handy en-suite to the rear.

Three further bedrooms and a main bathroom can be found on the top floor of this exceptionally well laid-out home.

Like all new properties at the development, the ‘Tidebrook’ is finished to a high standard specification, including double glazing, gas central heating and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

The ‘Tidebrook’ is one of seven home designs remaining for sale at sought-after Blenheim Court, and with the opportunity to secure a three-bedroom house from only £179,995, a four-bedroom home from £189,995 and a fabulous five-bedroom property from £314,995, customers hoping to take advantage of 2009 prices also need to make sure they visit the development before all the new homes are sold.

To make choosing a home at the development even more appealing, George Wimpey’s easymover programme provides customers with a property to sell an opportunity to reserve their new home and then sit back and relax while the housebuilder finds a buyer for their current property, and could also pay the estate agents’ fees.

Incentives can be tailored to customers’ individual circumstances and are subject to availability. Further information is available from the Sales Executive.

The attractive village of Hawkinge is home to a selection of shops, including a chemist and a small supermarket. Further shopping and amenities can be found in Folkestone, less than ten minutes away by road, while Ashford is just a twenty minute drive.

Hawkinge has two primary schools, while the area boasts a good range of secondary schools and sixth forms.

For commuters, the M20 is just a few minutes’ drive from Blenheim Court, while a direct train service runs between Folkestone and London. The ferry ports of Folkestone and Dover, together with the Channel Tunnel, put Continental Europe within easy reach.
