One house builder has highlighted the benefits of living in one of its new homes on its Camberley development after speaking to a competition winner this month.
Crest Nicholson's Atrium development is said to benefit from being ideally located for eating out, shopping and entertainment. It also benefits from having cycle storage facilities and parking spaces.
A local financier, 25-year-old Charlotte Isbill was fortunate enough to win a bike from the company earlier this year following on from purchasing one of the first homes at the Atrium.
Ms Isbill said: "After graduating
the Atrium really stood out due to its high specifications, security and its convenient and central location in Camberley. Receiving the bike on moving in was a fantastic surprise."
She added that she has been fortunate to since make use of the prize to conveniently go into town or simply for exercise purposes, making use of the development's storage facilities for the vehicle.
In 2007 Crest Nicholson took home the Queens Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development.
