Are you over 60 and proud to call Newquay your home? If yes, McCarthy & Stone wants to know about it!

The retirement developer, which is currently selling at its Marina Court development on Mountwise, is appealing to retirees in Newquay to tell it exactly why the seaside town is the perfect place to spend their retirement.

Aileen King, sales and marketing director for McCarthy & Stone South West, explains: “Over the summer months, Newquay can at times get bad press as there is a misconception that the town is only geared up to youngsters. We want to prove this isn’t the case, which is why we’re launching this appeal to invite retirees to fly the flag for Newquay.”

The results of the appeal will be revealed in January and the person that comes up with the best response, as chosen by McCarthy & Stone, will receive a £100 gift voucher for a store of their choice.
