One house builder has just celebrated receiving planning permission for two of its developments.
Hillreed was given the approval by East Malling and Larkfield Parish Council for its plot of new homes called the Schoolyard.
It will consist of 23 buildings ranging from two-beds to four-bedroom properties.
Jo Richards, marketing and corporate manager at the company, said: "We are very excited about both developments. The house designs are new and the layouts of the sites are exceptional."
The company representative added that interested buyers should contact Hillreed at their nearest available opportunity as building has already commenced.
It also achieved planning approval for Perry Court Farm of Wateringbury Road, East Malling which is on the outskirts of the village, but this development will feature just eight properties by comparison.
Hillreed claims to have more than 30 years of experience as a home provider, building in the Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent areas.
It prides itself on its environmental achievements - claiming to have won a number of awards - and describes its attention detail in properties as "second to none".
