This week has brought about some key staff changes for one well known builder of new homes.

Bovis Homes announced yesterday (November 24th) that its group finance director has made the decision to leave the company - although his departure date has not yet been confirmed at this time.

Neil Cooper was originally appointed to the position in January 2007.

The company has stated that it will immediately commence the process of trying to find a replacement for Mr Cooper.

Bovis' board members gave thanks to the employee for the work he has carried out on behalf of the group and were keen to wish him all the best for his new undertaking.

He will be moving on to work for William Hill in a similar finance role.

As the notice period for Mr Cooper is 12 months, Bovis is uncertain exactly when he will depart from the company, as a replacement must be found first.

The company claims that it seeks to supply homes of "a high quality" to its customers, alongside providing "excellent service".
