Prospective buyers of prestigious new property investments should head down to Savills, according to Cala.
The builder has nominated the estate agent as the sole sales representative for its Reigate development, the Grange at Wray Common.
Louis Winterbourne, head of Savills Reigate, said: "We are extremely excited to be acting for Cala and are certain that the high quality of its houses will appeal to both local and London-based buyers alike."
The new homes lay in a conservation area with only detached properties, said to be suitable for families, on site.
Last month the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) reported that mortgage lending had risen by five per cent for October compared to this September's figures.
CML's economist Paul Samter commented on the figures, saying: "There has been a significant change in the type of lending taking place from the start of the year. House purchase activity has picked up significantly."
He added: "The coming months are likely to be dominated by seasonal factors rather than underlying change."
