For prospective buyers in Kent looking for new build offers with a difference, Hillreed claims to have just the properties.

Highland Park in Ashford is a range of three-bedroom properties with an unusual perspective compared to more traditionally-built homes, as they are constructed on an arc.

Property developer Hillreed claims that Ashford is a "town of the future", citing it as having a lot of potential due to its fast links to London and Maidstone being within easy reach.

The quirky Bredgar Radial-styled houses at Highland Park feature rooms that are wider at the front than at the back, with the arc front said to provide a "handsome" appearance that the housebuilder will no doubt hope to appeal to young professionals.

And for those wanting to venture further afield, the Channel Tunnel is said to be just a stone's throw away.

Interested families with young children could explore the John Wesley School, for those aged four to 11 years old, close-by the development.
