Award winning housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is offering lucky homebuyers in the Chesterfield area the chance for Christmas to come early with the ‘Countdown to Christmas’ campaign at its Heath Gardens and Stephensons Place developments.
Each week the housebuilder is giving every homebuyer who reserves a new home before 20th December, during the run up to Christmas, a fabulous early Christmas present.
Regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, Anne Bagshaw explained; “Everyone loves a little luxury, especially at Christmas time and this is why we’ve decided to offer homebuyers who are interested in buying a home at Heath Gardens or Stephensons Place the chance to take advantage of one of four gifts. On Week 1 homebuyers can recieve free flooring throughout; Week 2 is £2000 worth of optional extras; Week 3 is your Stamp Duty paid for and Week 4 you get Free Kitchen Appliances.”
Both developments have had an extremely positive year with all homes for 2009 selling out. Homes for completion in 2010 are already being secured well into the new year and Anne accredits this to the variety of homes on offer and explained; “We have everything from two bedroom apartments to four bedroom detached houses which are perfect for homebuyers on all stages of the property ladder. In fact we are confident that we have the right home to fulfil everyone’s Christmas wishes at either of the developments.”
Heath Gardens has a selection of homes available for 2010 completition including two bedroom apartments starting from just £79,995 and four bedroom, three storey townhouses from £159,995.
Currently available at Stephensons Place for completion in 2010 is a selection of three bedroom, three storey Ingleton townhouses from a newly reduced price of £129,995 and a range of four bedroom family homes from £164,995.
There is also a range of incentives and schemes to help make your move less stressful. Anne continued; “Christmas is a hectic time of the year and we don’t want to add to this. On the contrary we want to take the weight off your shoulders and do all the hard work for you. That’s why we have schemes such as EasyMover and Part Exchange, along with other incentives, where we can handle all the stressful aspects of moving for you.”
With its stunning countryside surroundings and well established community feel, Heath Gardens in Doe Lea offers a great location for a new home, either for those already living in the neighbourhood, who wish to upsize, or for those looking to move to the area. The village benefits from well established shops and amenities, a village pub, community centre and a post office.
Situated in Clay Cross, with its busy shops and Saturday market, library and sports amenities, Stephensons Place offers everything that the discerning home buyer could wish for. Both developments provide easy access to the M1, so it is in an enviable position for commuting.
