Any prospective buyers looking to a get a deal on a new home should maybe take a look at what Barratt has to offer.

The company's Greenkeepers Mews development in Bedford has some cash-saving deals on offer, as the company is offering to pay the stamp duty of the site's home of the week.

Paul Walker, sales director for Barratt Northampton, said: "The Ryedale-style home is ideal for families. With accommodation designed over three floors, the property maximises space and caters to the needs of ever-changing family life."

He added that the Ryedale is a popular style choice among buyers and the offer on plot seven marks the last opportunity for interested purchasers to get their hands on a Ryedale at the development.

In addition to the stamp duty saving of £8,175, those who already own their own house could take advantage of Barratt's part-exchange scheme, to possibly make the sale go through a little smoother.

Barratt provides homeowners with two independent valuations and acts like a cash buyer so buyers do not have be concerned with chains, estate agent costs or other such factors involved in a home sale.

And for those people wanting assurance about their purchase, in terms of its plumbing and sanitary ware, the builder's five-year warranty claims to have it covered.
