The release of new homes at Cala's development in Milton Keynes has been brought forward due to sales success.
Ruth Williams, area sales and marketing director for the Midlands, said: "We have been delighted with number of off-plan sales, forcing us to bring forward phase four of the development for sale much sooner than we had initially expected."
She added that despite not being able to get into the properties for several months, buyers are choosing to purchase off-plan at the Broughton Gate development to make sure they secure the price.
The Broughton village development could appeal to commuters and young professionals as it is said to have good transport links to the M1 for drivers and benefits from the central train station being just a 15-minute drive away for longer journeys.
And for those homeowners who need to sell a property of their own before making a purchase, the company's Summer Gardens properties come under the firm's Full Market Value Part Exchange Scheme.
Other offers from the builder include Part Pay, on specified developments, where buyers purchase the whole of the house but it is funded additionally by a Cala loan.
