The countdown to Christmas is on and Taylor Wimpey is offering two generous presents to homebuyers who reserve an apartment at its Thornaby development Thorntree Vale if they reserve before 2010.
The housebuilder will pay the 5% deposit on the apartment and fit carpets throughout, helping to create a less stressful, not to mention money-saving, move.
Following the popularity of earlier apartments on the site, a new selection of one and two bedroom apartments are available, from £69,950 for a one bedroom Blake and £91,950 for a two bedroom Chaucer or Auden.
The Blake has a roomy lounge, bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom, while the Auden and Chaucer apartments have an extra bedroom with en-suite facilities. All apartments have excellent storage space and come with an allocated parking space.
