A site of new homes just outside Coventry has sold at a rapid rate, according to Cala.

Ruth Williams, area sales and marketing director for the Midlands division, said: "To have sold at Abbey Place at the rate of three new home sales every month in the present market circumstances is testament to the quality and value which Cala Homes delivers to its purchasers."

She added that the rate of the sales had exceeded the company's expectations and reminded interested buyers that there is still one new home remaining on the Abbey Place development.

The pull of the location is said to lie in that it is already an established residential area which has links to the A46 leading onto the M6 and useful amenities such as a large supermarket and a 500-acre parkland.

For those needing a helping hand disposing of their current property, Cala's Full Market Value Part Exchange scheme can be used to buy this particular new home.

This means that there are no home information packs, estate agent's fee worries or the added concern that the buyer of your home could drop out and break the chain.

Customers also benefit from the peace of mind of [the del] Cala's two-year warranty and 24-hour emergency service.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19503627-ADNFCR
