Following on from the success of their similar developments at Wood End Farm, Walsall and Crystal Court, Tutbury Friel Homes are proud to launch the latest of their reitrementliving developments, Cross Keys at Farm Close, Hednesford. Designed and built with the over 55’s in mind they offer companionship and contemporary living in a safe, secure environment.

When a decision was made to relocate their Head Office from Cross Keys, the company identified a shortage of new homes specifically for the over 55’s in the Hednesford area. To meet this need Friel Homes set about redeveloping the site, which will feature seven 1 & 2 bedroom individually designed apartments along with a Resident’s Lounge, Guest Suite and communal gardens.

In a courtyard setting with maintained landscaped gardens the apartments will offer independent living with the benefit of 24-hour care line assistance if needed, giving peace of mind to you and your family. Facilities include a Resident’s Lounge where owners can enjoy regular coffee mornings and afternoon tea sessions as well as meeting each other on an ad-hoc basis for a chat, complete a jigsaw or sit quietly to read. A self-contained guest suite will also be available for family and friends to stay over.

All apartments will have an allocated parking space with additional spaces for visitor parking.

Prices for the apartments start at £124,950 and will be ready for occupation in Spring 2010.
