Countryside Properties is working towards providing much-needed housing in Barnet.
According to the organisation, statistics show that it could take 33 years to clear waiting lists for homes in the area and it is hoping to make this shorter.
The company is working with partner Annington Homes and has recently completed 90 new units in the area.
There are 25 houses and five apartments which use environmental technology and company director Chris Crook thinks this will help residents make "substantial savings" on their energy bills.
He added: "The high level of design and the quality of materials make this phase at Ridgemont one of the best examples of a tenure blind development I have ever seen."
The properties have been handed over to the Notting Hill trust and will first be tested by local authority candidates.
Ridgemont development is located in Mill Hill, off Frith Lane with good links to London and surrounding boroughs.
Countryside properties has won over 110 awards since 2001 for its work in the housing industry.
