Families are invited to start 2010 in luxury in a new home at a development by Octagon.
The company has five townhouse properties available for homebuyers to move in straight away at Richmond Lock in London.
Set against a backdrop of a grade two-listed mansion, all of the houses are fitted with carpets, which Octagon says makes "moving in as simple as plugging in the kettle and making up the beds."
Each residence has five bedrooms spread across three storeys and three to four bathrooms. Residents also have access to underground parking and private landscaped gardens.
According to the company, homeowners will also benefit from bespoke kitchens and underfloor heating in the new homes that were designed with laidback family life in mind.
Prices start from £1.25m.
The company specialises in the higher end of the housing market and this year reported that it had seen an increase in sales since September and this has continued into December.
