Fairview New Homes is offering a new year bonus for homebuyers.

The company has decided to extend the relief from paying stamp duty until the end of January as the offer to encourage buyers back into the market is supposed to finish at the end of the year.

Sales director Jim Holliday said: "This extra Christmas gift from Fairview means that you can save up to £1,750 on Pembroke Park homes valued £125,000 to £175,000."

Homebuyers can take advantage of the deal at the organisation's Pembroke park development of apartments in Crawley.

There are one and two-bedroom properties available at the site which has excellent links to motorways and local facilities. Situated close to the local train station, London can be reached in under an hour.

Other new home offers from the company include the First Step scheme which sees Fairview assisting first-time buyers who want to buy a new home.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19530508-ADNFCR
