Aspect, a David Wilson South Midlands development, has received an award for the way in which its new homes implement sustainable design.
The housebuilder was given a Town and Country Design prize by the Campaign to Protect Rural England in recognition of the site on Upton Way.
A total of 26 properties have been built, featuring three, four or five bedrooms and starting at £299,995.
The company noted that each one is intended to be as environmentally-friendly as possible and a number of features have been incorporated to help achieve this.
Deputy managing director at David Wilson Alan Mayes remarked: "We're extremely proud of Aspect and its eco-friendly credentials and this latest award will help to reinforce Aspect's status as one of the UK's most innovative new homes schemes."
Last week, David Wilson announced that a show apartment and marketing suite were opening at its Henley Point development, located in Henley-in-Arden.
