Property firm Crest Nicholson is set to unveil its new show home in Churchdown, Gloucester.

On January 9th and 10th, the company will allow the public to view the interior of the building, which has been dubbed the Mayfair.

Commenting on the development, Crest Nicholson sales manager Amanda Benjamin said: "The Mayfair is an exceptional home and potential buyers now have the opportunity to see for themselves the contemporary design and stunning interiors that set our four bedroom houses apart."

The property contains is set out over three floors and it features a large living area and separate dining/kitchen space, among other things.

In total, Crest Nicholson - which describes itself as a developer of sustainable communities - has 47 properties on offer at the location.

It says the homes will appeal to families, couples and commuters, adding that Churchdown offer the benefits of modern living alongside easy access to the outdoors.
