Cala Homes is currently offering properties for would-be Milton Keynes residents, with a three-bedroom, semi-detached home on the market for £230,000, with part exchange options available.
Meanwhile, the firm is also offering a four-bedroom, semi-detached house in Broughton Gate for £255,000, with part-exchange also available on this property.
Other Cala deals in the region include £275,000 for a four-bedroom, detached Broughton Gate home, with several plots available.
