With brand new homes in Radcliffe now costing from just £398 per month, Taylor Wimpey Manchester is asking, why rent when you can buy?

Taylor Wimpey Manchester is offering brand new two bedroom apartments from just £99,995 at its Chapelfield Park development on Stand Lane. The housebuilder says that payments on a mortgage for this amount could be as little as just £398 per month*.

Taylor Wimpey Manchester sales and marketing director Anthony Mansfield said:

“There is a significant rental market in the Radcliffe area but, when you look at the figures, it does raise the question of why rent when you can own your own home for such a low monthly outlay.”

A limited number of apartments are priced from £99,995 at Chapelfield Park, including a beautifully designed two bedroom show apartment, which is available to view Thursday to Monday between 11am and 5pm.

Three different apartment types are offered at the development, the Geneva, the Verona and the Monaco. Each apartment comes complete with two bedrooms, bathroom, living/dining room, separate kitchen and allocated parking space. Both the Verona and Monaco apartment types also feature an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom.

Many of the homes and apartments on site offer spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the nearby golf course.

Chapelfield Park is ideally situated just outside the main shopping centre of Radcliffe and a short drive from the local town centres of Whitefield and Bury, the development is in a pleasant residential location with a range of local amenities.

Conveniently placed between two major motorways in the North West, the M60 and M66, Chapelfield Park also offers commuters easy access to the national motorway network.

A number of incentives and schemes are also in place for potential purchasers at the development, including Taylor Wimpey’s innovative Deposit Match scheme where the housebuilder will match a buyer’s deposit up to 10% subject to terms and conditions. No stamp duty is payable on the apartments offered at Chapelfield Park.
