Dreams of owning a brand new home could soon be a reality for house hunters in Scotland thanks to Redrow.

The award winning housebuilder has plenty of stylishly designed, quality built and efficient-to-run new homes available now across Scotland and is hosting a special weekend to help potential purchasers step onto or up the property ladder.

Mary McHutchison, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Scotland), said: “Some unbelievable bargains will be available over the weekend of January 29 to 31 with promotions across more than 10 developments including Sylvan Brae in Inverkip, Whitehirst Grange in Kilwinning, Garncroft Wynd in Glenboig and The Potteries in Prestonpans.”

During the ‘Move 4 Less’ weekend, buyers will be able to take advantage of some amazing offers including substantial discounts and incentives on selected plots.

“Many people dream of moving to a brand new home and with the range of offers available during our ‘Move 4 Less’ weekend buyers could find that it’s more affordable and easier than they may have realised,” Mary commented.

Financial advisers and solicitors will be available throughout the weekend to help with move related queries including mortgage advice.

“With the stunning range of Redrow homes available in Scotland, finding the right home for you is easy regardless of your budget, lifestyle or tastes - it’s the financial and legal aspects of buying a home that can put people off, but the team of professionals on hand during the ‘Move 4 Less’ weekend will help make your move as simple as possible,” Mary said.

With part-exchange available on selected plots, those who invest in a brand new Redrow home won’t even need to worry about selling their existing property as the company effectively acts as a ‘cash buyer’.

Those who are cautious about investing in a new home in the current economic climate will be reassured by the offer of one year’s free redundancy insurance cover.

“From stylish modern apartments to spacious family homes, Redrow has something to offer everyone, from first time buyers and downsizers to growing families in search of extra space. And unlike some older second hand properties, a brand new home won’t need expensive repairs and renovations and is even covered by a 10-year ‘Buildmark’ guarantee,” Mary said.
