First time buyers in Warwickshire should look no further than Barratt Mercia's Bluebell complex in Nuneaton.
The developer is now offering
first time buyers the unique opportunity to reserve off-plan on the Edinburgh Road site in what is the final phase of the regeneration of the area.
Not only will buyers be able to choose the best plots in the new complex but they will also be able to pick the fixtures and fittings of their future home so it stands out from the rest.
On completion, the Camp Hill area will have 820 new two, three and four-bedroom homes, a new high street and open views across Whittleford Park, the largest accessible green area between Nuneaton and Bedworth.
Bluebell was begun in October last year, with local councils, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and Barratt Mercia joining forces for the regenerative venture.
At the time, Anne-Marie Simpson, head of regeneration at the HCA in the west Midlands, said: "It [the scheme] is very much about building and nurturing communities.
"We are all committed not only to the highest quality, sustainable design but also to the wider social, economic and environmental regeneration of the area."
