New luxury apartments have been released in the East Midlands by David Wilson.

The property developer's latest offering is located on Spring Avenue in Hampton Vale and consists of several two-bedroom flats and three or four-bedroom houses.

Known as Waters Edge, the development is aimed at first-time buyers looking to get onto the property ladder and has starting prices of just £130,995.

David Wilson is also offering prospective purchasers a chance to take part in its equity scheme, Head Start, through which buyers may initially be able to move in by paying 80 per cent of the home's value.

Jackie Day, sales director at the firm, said: "We're offering purchasers of these apartments the chance to make a move even more affordable by taking advantage of our shared scheme Head Start.

"This is a fantastic deal which increasing numbers of first-time buyers are turning to in order to help facilitate a move as one of the main advantages is you don’t need a deposit."
