Following the recent news that house prices are set to rise by six per cent this year and will have increased by 20% in 2013*, Taylor Wimpey Exeter is urging house hunters in Plymouth to make their move now.

A number of homes at its developments across Plymouth have already been snapped up this year by eager house hunters keen to take advantage of relatively low house prices and Taylor Wimpey expects to see an increase in enquiries following this latest news.

Janine Davey, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, said: “This news is a welcome boost but not unexpected as we have seen house prices increasing slowly over the last six months. The sales we’ve experienced so far this year reflect our customer’s belief that now is a perfect opportunity to move onto or up the property ladder.

“So if you’re interested in finding out about the selection of homes available, as well as the range of financial incentives designed to help get you moving, then get in touch with one of our experienced sales executives to find out more.”

Warleigh Village is situated on the northern edge of Plymouth, within easy reach of the amenities of the city centre. Close to bus routes and the park and ride, the development offers fantastic edge-of-city living. Prices start from just £171,995.

Recently launched developments, Boundary Place and The Limes at Warleigh Village, will each offer a contemporary collection of two bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom family homes, suitable for a wide range of buyers. Prices currently start from £126,995 at Boundary Place and £124,995 at The Limes at Warleigh Village.

Thanks to phenomenal sales success, there is only one home remaining at Carrollsland - a three bedroom Scotney townhouse, priced at £197,995.

For more information, visit the marketing suites on Clittaford Road for Warleigh Village, Tavistock Road for Boundary Place and Lulworth Drive for The Limes at Warleigh Village. All are open Thursday to Monday from 11.00am until 5.30pm.
