The Stamp Duty holiday may be over but Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire is offering to extend the break on selected homes at its Middlesbrough development Roseberry Court, if you reserve in February 2010.

The deal, which saves buyers over £1,500, is on selected four bedroom detached Westbourne homes.

The Westbourne is priced at £164,950, which until 31st December 2009 was under the Government’s temporarily highered stamp duty threshold of £175,000. The threshold has now returned to £125,000.

Bev Russell, sales manager for Roseberry Court, says: “The Westbourne is a great home for family living because it offers the space a modern family needs. Plot 86 is ready and waiting to move in, so customers who are able to move that quickly are rewarded by having their stamp duty paid by Taylor Wimpey.”

The Westbourne has a large lounge, kitchen with dining area and cloakroom on the ground floor and the family bathroom and four bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has en-suite shower room. The Westbourne also has an integral garage and private garden.

Taylor Wimpey’s popular part exchange scheme can also make your housing dream into a reality at Roseberry Court. Under the scheme, Taylor Wimpey takes the stress out of home buying by purchasing your current home at an agreed price - solving the problem of broken chains and saving you the time and expense of finding the right buyer.

With no need for estate agents you’ll also be saving money on fees too, leaving you with spare cash to spend. And, with no chain to maintain, your move can be arranged to suit you, so you’ll be in your new home in next to no time.

As Roseberry Court is situated in the middle of Middlesbrough, it is ideal for commuters. Both the A19 and the A66 are easily accessible from the development, while travelers interested in venturing further a field will benefit from Roseberry Court’s close proximity to Durham Tees Valley Airport.
